“Born in the east, raised in the east end”, Rosa’s is a rapidly expanding independent hospitality business currently operating eight cafés in London and is now opening a new site at West Hampstead.

We are currently looking for Front of House, waiters and waitresses, to join our team at our Rosa’s West Hampstead site.
Our front of house team members must have previous experience working in a quality driven, fast-paced environment and be fluent in English. A knowledge of Thai food is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given upon appointment.
Candidates must be able to prove their eligibility to work in the UK and will be required to submit documentation before commencing work.

Job Description:
1. Prepare tables for meals.
2. Greet guests in a professional manner and provide a recommendation about the food and drinks menus, how menu items are prepared, the ingredients used and the different cooking methods.
3. Check food and drinks for quality and presentation before serving to the customer.
4. Serve food and drinks.
5. Receive payments and process transactions.
6. Clear and clean tables promptly according to proper sanitation standards.
7. Complete side duties as required including, polishing cutlery, a restaurant set up, and filling condiments.
8. Before closing, double check that the restaurant is set up, cleaned and prepared for the next day.
9. To comply with company policies such as personal hygiene, food hygiene, and uniform.
10. To be flexible and willing to help as assigned by the manager.
