After the success of our first pizzeria in Hoxton we are now going to open our second one in Clapham. We are looking for experienced staff with great customer service skills, able to work in a fast busy environment.
You will need to demonstrate that you:
• Have a strong background in restaurants and relevant experience for the role that you are applying to
• Have serious attention to detail
• Have passion for food
• Are a professional
• Will bring respect and joy to the restaurant, customers and team

Restaurant background:
We serve super tasty sourdough pizzas Topped with seasonal ingredients from Italy.
Our recipe was born in Bologna, using ancient baking techniques that help make our pizza crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. Blending organic stoneground flour with a mother Yeast sourdough we’ve created a light, nutritious base.
Our toppings sourced from small-scale Italian suppliers are perfectly portioned onto each slice, and added just at the right moment so you’ll enjoy them when they’re at their best.
Radio Alice is the London version of our popular Berbere pizzerias in Italy where we’re happy to do things a little differently, just like the pirate radio station that gave us our name.
