Job role
Reporting into the Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Supervisor you will oversee all aspects of the day to day management for the Kouzu Restaurant, to ensure that the team deliver all the products in quality, consistency and presentation
Working as a waiter/waitress, you will need to take orders and serve food and beverage items to all guests as per their order, prepare the bill accordingly and take payment in the most efficient time possible through adhering to the highest service procedures
You will be an ambassador for Kouzu and build up relation shift with both internal and external guests.
Candidate profile
You will have proven track record of working in a similar Fine dining/ retail or fast paced environment
You will be an excellent team player, lead by example and be able to communicate at all levels and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills within our diverse bars brigade.
Good command of English both spoken and written
You will show relevant diplomacy and tact and maintain confidentiality at all times.
