We're looking for new experienced waiting staff with bar experience to join our family.
Your day-to-day tasks as waitress/waiter include greeting customers as they arrive, showing them to their table, giving out menus, taking orders for food and drink, serving food and drinks, dealing with bill payments and making sure tables are clean and tidy - but it is so much more!
Role responsibilities include:
- Welcome everyone with a warm smile
- Efficient service in the restaurant
- Efficient service on and off the bar
- Building relationships with local/ regular customers
- Up and cross selling of food and beverages
- Keeping the pub clean and tidy at all times
- Good product knowledge
- Interest in food and beverage
- Setting the right mode for various occasions, romantic dinners in the dining room and laser fueled parties in the basement bar!

Fluent English is essential and preference will be given to candidates who speak other languages (especially Italian, Spanish and French as we serve lots of tourists)!

We are a busy pub and dining room in central London serving a lovely mix of locals, tourist and businesses.
Opening hours for the restaurant:
Mon - Thursday : 5pm - 10pm
Fri: 11am - 10pm
Saturday : 12pm - 10pm
Sun: 12pm - 10pm
Opening hours in the pub:
Mon - Thursday : 11am - 11:30pm
Fri: 11am - 12pm
Saturday : 11am - 12pm
Sun: 11am - 10:30pm
Full time position (7 shifts a week) available with an immediate start date.
Starting pay is dependent on experience starting at £7.50 per hour plus share of service charge and cash tips!
