experience:
• Previous experience working within a customer service environment desired.
Skills and Knowledge:
• Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Need to be flexible in line with business needs.
• High standard of personal hygiene.
• Good team player.
• Guest focused.
• Have an eye for detail.
• Continuous learning skills.
• Must have motivation level and drive to achieve.
Education or Certification:
• Good level of English essential
SPECIFIC DUTIES
The following are specific responsibilities and contributions critical to the successful performance of the position:
 To be aware of the Marriott Food and Beverage SOP manual.
 To ensure that you have full product knowledge of all menu items and hotel facilities and services.
 To maintain Brand Standards and a high standard of service in the Bar, Restaurant and Room Service at all times, ensuring that all guest expectations are exceeded.
 To promote sales and up sell at all times for both food and beverage items.
 To ensure that all daily operating and cleaning tasks are carried out on a daily basis.
 To ensure that all hotel corridors are kept clear from rubbish, glassware and crockery at all times.
 To carry out other duties as may be required to ensure the hotel operation is properly maintained to provide total guest satisfaction.
 To be fully conversant with the Hotel Fire and Emergency procedures.
 To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times.
