rhubarb are on the look out for a talented, experienced Waiter / Waitress to join the amazing team at Darwin Brasserie, our stylish all day dining restaurant on level 36 of the iconic Sky Garden at 20 Fenchurch Street.
Laid-back but luxe, the space is inspired by nature and understated decor which allows the food and incredible views to do the talking!
Job role
- As a Waiter / Waitress, you would be running your own section of our 120-cover restaurant, in which we serve up to 600 covers per day.
- The successful Waiter / Waitress would be working within a team of 50 talented front of house staff including runners, cocktail bartenders and sommeliers.
- You would deliver Slick, smart and professional food service with added personality and flair at all times, ensuring every one of our guests has an experience to remember.
