rhubarb have been providing the American Airlines London Heathrow first and business class lounges since 2010.
Over 600 American Airlines travellers per day enjoy the Admirals Club and Flagship Lounge. Rhubarb provides a fresh and dynamic complimentary lounge menu to travellers offering breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea, with both buffet and a la Carte service
We are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join our fun and energetic team, so come and be a part of the story rhubarb is writing.
Job role
- Working as a waiter/waitress, you will advise guests on food and wine choices by using up-selling techniques.
- Taking orders in a professional manner and make recommendations.
- Serve food and alcoholic beverages in a timely manner.
- Set tables and answer questions regarding menu selections.
- Check with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Candidate profile
- Preferably working experience within an Airport in restaurants and bars however, hotels or fast paced high street restaurants will be consider.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Immaculate grooming standards.
- Preferably excellent knowledge of wine and food pairing.
- Show drive and passion for Excellent Customer Service!
- Able to resolve in a prompt and timely manner customer issues and provide adequate solutions.
