The award winning Red Lion pub is currently seeking experienced reliable waiting staff to join the team. We pride ourselves on great beer and food, exceptional service and magical events.
The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience, be passionate about great customer service and have a charismatic, interactive personality. You must be able to work well under pressure and communicate effectively. During peak times the job can be very intense and it essential that you are able to keep your cool.
There is much opportunity to progress both here and also the within the wider company. Antic is the fastest growing pub company in London, so should you wish to progress to supervisor, assistant manager or even to run your own unit, we can provide all the training and support you need to progress within the industry with surprisingly quick results for driven employees.
The Red Lion has also recently opened it's legendary ballroom. Above the pub is a historic 500 capacity venue where we put on events such as bands, DJs, comedy, film, weddings and other functions. Recently renovated, it is an exciting time to be a part of something quite unique and ever changing.
Please note that we are open from midday every day and on Fridays and Saturdays the pub is open until 2am. It is also essential that you are regularly available to work at weekends.
