The Job Role:
Duck and Waffle are looking for experienced Waiters/Waitresses to deliver an A* service to each of our guests, ensuring that their experience is memorable and always delivered with work hospitality.
You will be advising our guests on a number of dishes and drinks to compliment their meal, talking them through the various menu's that we offer.
Service is always at the forefront so it’s essential for you to be exceptionally welcoming, dynamic and very friendly. Our guests choose Duck and Waffle for a memorable experience, and you will be part of making each experience that extra special.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience as a waiter in a fine dining
• experience working in a fast-paced environment, similar to Duck and Waffle
• Customer focused - demonstrating exceptional guest service
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
• Have a willingness to learn and grow within the business
• Ability to maintain and set processes and standards
