We are looking for a Waiter or Waitress who has a passion for delivering the highest levels of service to our guests.
Launceston Place Restaurant is part of the D and D Group and was awarded two AA Rosettes in 2022.
As a Waiter/Waitress you will expected to:
•Have excellent product knowledge with the ability to provide the highest levels of service to all guests at all times during service
•You will have the ability to run a section and effectively supervise the junior members of the front of house team
•Attention to detail will be crucial to ensure consistency and the effective and timely set up of the restaurant for each service
•We expect our Waiter/Waitress to effectively support the Head Waiters and Managers in the restaurant to ensure guests always leave fully satisfied and performance targets are achieved
We are ideally looking for candidates who:
• Have had previous experience
• Have experience of working in quality restaurants, ideally with some fine dining experience
• Are passionate about delivering the highest levels of service with a desire to learn and work hard
• Are keen to progress their career in a quality restaurant environment
• Are able to work effectively as part of a team
