Rhubarb are currently looking for an experienced, guest-focused Waiter or Waitress to join the team at Darwin Brasserie on level 36 of the iconic Sky Garden.
Inspired by nature, Darwin is open all day from breakfast to late night through brunch, lunch and dinner, serving a modern European menu in a stunning setting.
Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, as Waiter / Waitress you will be looking after up to 600 restaurant guests per day, ensuring they are receive a world-class service throughout their experience.
Candidate profile
- As Waiter / Waitress you will deliver friendly, efficient customer service for all our guests whilst dealing with reservations and enquiries
- The successful Waiter / Waitress will ideally come from a quality restaurant or bar environment and used to dealing with high volumes of customers.
- You will be well presented, engaging and possess excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Be creative, innovative and willing to go the extra mile to ensure every guest has a memorable experience
- To competently run all aspects and areas of your own section directing runners and floor staff
