rhubarb has been at Gallery Mess, which is owned and attached to the Saatchi Gallery, for 7 years providing all premium food and drink.
We are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic Waitress/Waiter to join our fun and vibrant team, so come and be a part of the story rhubarb is writing.
Job role
• Working as a waitress/waiter, you will advise guests on food and wine choices by using up-selling techniques.
• Taking orders in a professional manner and make recommendations.
• Serve food and alcoholic beverages.
• Set tables and answer questions regarding menu selections.
• Working on terrace overlooking York Square.
• Check with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• You are required to learn and be familiar with the POS/ Micros system to ensure the correct entry of the data provided.
• Be attentive to all guests’ arriving and ensure they are greeted and served at all times in a friendly and professional manner.
Candidate profile
• You are able to commit to flexible work pattern undertaking evening shifts as well as weekend work.
• A minimum of 2 years experience and proven track record of working in a similar Fine dining/retail or fast paced environment
• You will possess excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• You will be an excellent team player
• Immaculate grooming standards
• Show drive and passion for Excellent Customer Service
• You will show relevant diplomacy and tact and maintain confidentiality at all times.

£9.00 to £9.50 per hour
