With exposed brickwork, vaulted ceilings and display of art, the listed interior provides the perfect location for a long leisurely lunch, dinner or drinks.
We are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic Waitress/Waiter to join our fun and vibrant team, so come and be a part of the story rhubarb is writing.
Job role

Working as a waitress/waiter, you will advise guests on food and wine choices by using up-selling techniques.
Taking orders in a professional manner and make recommendations.
Serve food and alcoholic beverages.
Set tables and answer questions regarding menu selections.
Working on terrace overlooking York Square.
Check with customers to ensure satisfaction.
You are required to learn and be familiar with the POS/ Micros system to ensure the correct entry of the data provided.
Be attentive to all guests’ arriving and ensure they are greeted and served at all times in a friendly and professional manner.

Candidate profile

You are able to commit to flexible work pattern undertaking evening shifts as well as weekend work.
High volume all day dining experience is essential, and only those with relevant experience will be considered.
You will possess excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
You will be an excellent team player

You will show relevant diplomacy and tact and maintain confidentiality at all times.
