We're delighted to be recruiting for an experienced head waiter/waitress for Daisy Green, a thriving on trend independent concept with various locations in Central London, and growing quickly. Focusing on busy Australian brunch with craft beer and high quality Australian wines. Looking for a professional head waiter/waitress with at least 12 months experience in a fast paced, high end restaurant environment. Wine and food knowledge important, big personality and a can do attitude most important. Great pay and attractive share of service charge linked to restaurant performance. About our waiting staff team members:

Must have 1 + years working in hospitality.
