In the 18 months since opening Lorne Restaurant has quickly established itself in the London dining scene and was voted in UK Top 50 restaurants at National Restaurant awards 2022.
Set up by chef Peter Hall and ex-sommelier Katie Exton, Lorne is a small independent restaurant that serves inventive, unfussy but above all delicious food, showcasing the best seasonal produce from Europe. Drinks, in particular wine, are given equal billing alongside the food. Like the food, our service ethos is one of understated quality, giving the diners a special meal without the unnecessary fuss and formality.
After a flooding in June forced the restaurant to close Lorne is re-opening in September and is looking for a new waiting staff to join the team for this exciting re-launch.
The ideal waiter/waitress will:

Any prior experience is advantageous but not essential.
