The Venue:
The Crazy Bear is now in its 25th year and we are delighted to announce the opening of our new exclusive members club in Central London. The Club will offer exquisite regional Chinese food as well as outstanding drinks all within the heart of Covent Garden.
The Crazy Bear offers flamboyant and opulent design throughout our restaurant and bar space, dramatically juxtaposed by our white marble open dim sum kitchen where our chefs handmake the finest dim sum in London.
The exquisitely designed cocktail bar also serves cocktails from a small exclusive alongside premium spirits, wines and small plates.

The Role:
Our brand new opening offers premium dining and a lively atmosphere, demanding the highest level of service in a busy environment.
Successful candidates will have good food and wine knowledge, be passionate about service, and strive for excellence.
We are looking for friendly, hard-working team-players with excellent communication skills and a desire to exceed customer expectations. You will used to luxury environments where quality and exceptional guest experience is of paramount importance.
Previous experience is essential.
