In February 2022, Corinthia Hotel London announced an exciting partnership with Tom Kerridge, one of the UK’s most renowned Michelin starred chefs, to launch a new dining concept in the hotel, his first in the capital.
The new restaurant will be a relaxed British brasserie-style all-day dining room, uniting Tom’s consummate culinary talent and Corinthia’s trademark luxury. Located on the ground floor of the hotel (in the space formerly occupied by Massimo Restaurant and Bar), the restaurant will incorporate its own bar, private dining room and rotisserie, with an updated interior designed from David Collins Studio.

Scope and Purpose
As a Waiter or Waitress your duties will be to provide a warm welcome with friendly, professional service while offering a wide range of food and beverages to all our guests. Our Waiting Staff are a multicultural team who are responsible for creating memorable dining experiences to all our guests.
Entry Requirements
We are looking for Waiters / Waitresses that understand what it takes to be the best and preferably with proven success in a similar environment. If you are a team player, keen to learn with a desire to excel, and have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills please do apply.

Previous experience as Waiter / Commis Waiter within a quality establishment.
