Hot Pot Asian kitchen – Piccadilly Circus.
Hot Pot Asian Kitchen is a beautiful Restaurant that serves delicious South-East Asian Cuisine focusing on Chinese, Thai and Japanese.  We deliver exceptional Asian dining experiences providing healthy, fresh high quality dishes while creating friendly relaxing atmosphere for our guests to gather together.  We currently have 2 restaurants in Central London and 153 Restaurants in Thailand.
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated Waiter/Waitress (1 Full Time and 2 Part Time) to join our Restaurant in Piccadilly Circus.
Reporting to the General Manager, the appointed Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for ensuring that each and every guest receives a warm welcome and an exceptional experience while enjoying our dishes. Your role will of course include service within the restaurant, but you will also be empowered to get to know our guests and ensure that you take the necessary steps to personalise their Hot Pot Asian Kitchen dining experience. There will also be an element of multiskilling within your role in order to allow you to adapt and develop within this Restaurant too.
Role and Responsibilities

To serve guests their requested orders in a friendly and professional manner.
Wherever possible to anticipate guests needs, to be aware of all written and spoken requests, and to carry out these requests in a courteous and helpful manner.
To ensure that all stock around the Restaurant are fully stocked.
To ensure that the Restaurant is clean and in immaculate presentation for Guests arrival.
To ensure the product quality standards are met in the Restaurant as it relates to the appearance, levels of maintenance and cleanliness throughout.
To help maintain the Front of House and Back of House areas, collecting any litter, remove/report hazards to the Restaurant General Manager.
To take a responsible approach towards timekeeping and attendance at work to ensure the Restaurant runs efficiently at all times.

What are We are looking for?

experience in providing Customer service in the Hospitality industry is required for this role but to be successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

Positive attitude
Good communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work on own or in teams
Flexible approach with regards to working additional hours, weekends and working late nights.

The Rate per Hour offered for these positions are NMW + Service Charge.
