The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Waiter to join a team with a commitment to culinary excellence. This role would suit a candidate with experience in a similar position as well as a positive attitude to fit in with our company ethos.

Key Responsibilities
·   Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.
·   Each server’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvellous time, they will want to return.
·         Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Café Brera.
·         Monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems.
·         Collect payments from guests.
·         Write guests’ food orders on order slips, memorise orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
·         Prepare checks that itemise and total meal costs and sales taxes.
·         Take food or beverages orders from guests.
Qualifications
Educated to GCSE level. Excellent knowledge of food and wine.

Working Hours
Shifts are available between 6am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.
Full time, Weekends too, £8- £8.50 per hour plus service charge.
