HIX Restaurants are looking for bright and passionate individuals to work in a fast paced, vibrant and dynamic environment. We are currently seeking experienced and charismatic Waiting Staff to work at Hixter in Bankside, Southwark.

This is a great opportunity to work with chef, restaurateur and food writer Mark Hix, who has restaurants in London and Dorset, all serving the best of British seasonal produce.
Set behind the Tate Modern, and just minutes away from Borough Market, Hixter Bankside follows the success of Tramshed - awarded Time Out''s Best Meat Restaurant. Set in an old metal box factory, the building is full of fascinating artwork from leading British artists and the menu delivers chicken and steak in sizes designed to share. Downstairs is the latest outpost of Mark''s award-winning cocktail bar Mark's Bar.
