Experienced Waiter / Waitress required for busy all day restaurant in Kew Village serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner every day. Accessible via the Overground direct from Richmond and the District Line and in close proximity to Kew Gardens we are an all year round business with an extremely busy summer trade.

Requirements:

2-3 Years experience in a formal / quality restaurant.
Strong Wine and Spirit Knowledge
Strong Food Knowledge
Able to deliver exceptional and memorable service.
Keen eye for detail
Ability to upsell and recommend menu items and wine confidently.
Willingness / Ability to train and develop more junior members of the team.
