Franco’s first opened in 1946 and is considered by many to be one of the first Italian restaurants in Central London. The restaurant’s sister restaurant is Wiltons also on Jermyn Street, both of which are owned by the Hambros family.
Franco’s is open all day for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner Monday to Saturday.
We are looking for a waiter / waitress / waiting staff to join our team.
Ideal waiter / waitress / waiting staff candidate qualities:
-Will have a high level of awareness and an ability to anticipate guest needs.
-Will have a good general knowledge of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
-Will have at least 1 years’ experience as a waiter / waitress / waiting staff in a similar sized restaurant.
-Have experience and a good awareness of opportunities to improving sales.
-Have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
-Have a good knowledge of the different grape varieties and wine styles.
-A working knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails.
-Will take pride in their appearance and be well-presented and groomed at all times.

-7/8 Shifts a week with 2 days off - approximately 44 hours.
