Waiter / waitress and bar staff
We are currently looking for experienced and hardworking Waiters/ Waitresses and Bartender - who can offer a high level of customer service in a very thriving and busy restaurant environment. A passion for food and wine is imperative!

The role comprises of 7 shifts and 2 days rest with excellent rates of pay and tips. We strongly believe in progression within our expanding group so if you are looking to build a career in hospitality then come and work for us.

The Salt Yard Group was set up in 2005 with the opening of Salt Yard in Fitzrovia. Eating out around Spain and Italy inspired the concept of a unique, friendly restaurant serving dishes to share, alongside good wine and by staff who had a personal touch. The Salt Yard Group have gone on to open Dehesa, Opera Tavern and Ember Yard. The group specialises in Italian and Spanish charcuterie, cheese and small sharing plates.
All applicants must be eligible to live and work within the U.K. And a good command of English is essential.
