Lyle’s is seeking experienced Waiting Staff to deliver a warm and relaxed yet high standard of service.
Lyle’s is a British Restaurant with a daily changing menu and constantly evolving wine list. We opened in the Tea building in 2014 and won our first Michelin star just over a year later. Lyle’s has featured in the top 10 of the UK Top 100 restaurants and the World’s 50 Best top 100 list for the last two years.

Successful candidates will have:
• A warm and charismatic personality;
• Previous waiting experience in a quality restaurant environment;
• Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience;
• Excellent knowledge of wine (WSET or similar a bonus), food and hospitality;
• Native or fluent English language ability;
• Desire to develop your career in hospitality.
