rhubarb are on the look out for a talented, experienced Waiter / Waitress to join the amazing team at Darwin Brasserie, our stylish all day dining restaurant on level 36 of the iconic Sky Garden at 20 Fenchurch Street.
Laid-back but luxe, the space is inspired by nature and understated decor which allows the food and incredible view to do the talking
Job role
As a Waiter / Waitress, you would be running your own section of our 120-cover restaurant, in which we serve up to 600 covers per day
The successful Waiter / Waitress would be working within a team of 50 talented front of house staff including runners, cocktail bartenders and sommeliers.
You would deliver Slick, smart and professional food service with added personality and flair at all times, ensuring every one of our guests has an experience to remember!
