Located on the 10th floor of the Montcalm Hotel, with fantastic views of the London skyline, alongside a modern British menu, Aviary is the perfect setting to drink and dine, City high.
We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic waiters to look after our guests, provide exceptional customer care and give a polished and professional service. We are able to pay highly competitive rates to the right people.

• Fantastic guest service skills
• experience working in a quality, busy hospitality environment
• A strong interest in high quality food and drinks
• A keen eye for detail and immaculate presentation

• Good food and wine knowledge
