The Counter at the Delaunay is inspired by the grand cafes of Central Europe serving take-out or eat-in food throughout the day where people can enjoy high end fresh produce for breakfast, lunch , tea, snacks or dinner. Part of the popular destination restaurant, The Delaunay, the counter offers a relaxed environment for all occasions.
We are currently looking for someone to join our counter staff team in our busy central London location.
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for the efficient and attentive service to guests, making fantastic coffees and serving guests at both the counter and at their tables. This is a very hands on role where constant guest interaction is vital as are service standards.
You will be a great communicator, able to interact with a large base of regular clientele while maintaining strong standards throughout a busy service. You will have at least 6 months experience in a retail dinning or counter service environment and have a working knowledge of making and serving coffee, preferably to Barista standard.
