As a waiter you will be expected to run a section, giving the customer the best possible dining experience
You will be interested in and want to learn about food and wine, and enjoy working with other people
You must be able to remain calm under pressure, have an eye for detail and an organised way of working.
You must be reliable, have a good attitude and above all be passionate about your work, you will be responsible for maintaining standards and ensuring the restaurant is well prepared and ready for service.
Albert's Table restaurant is listed with 2 AA rosettes, and featured in the Michelin guide. We are open for lunch and dinner. The menus are modern British, seasonal, and very ingredient led. All food is fresh, prepared on site from scratch and cooked to order using the best local produce available.
The Chef/patron has an impeccable fine dining background, in Michelin Star restaurants in Central London. The front of house team work closely together to ensure the smoothest possible service that is attentive but never intrusive.
The restaurant is closed Sunday night, and all day Monday.
Croydon is only 15 Mins from Victoria on the train.
