Stevie Parle Is looking for experienced waiters to help him open Pastaio. A pasta centric, fast paced restaurant in the heart of Soho.
His 6th restaurant Pastaio will feature some of the best pasta in London, in a modern space designed by Tom Dixon under artwork by Rob Lowe.
The ideal candidate will have:
*A years experience in the same or similar role
*An interest in Italian cuisine.
*Good written and spoken English
*A great work ethic and the ability to keep calm under pressure
*A love of fresh seasonal ingredients.
