Steam Wine Bar and Restaurant has been established in the City for 13 years and is independently owned and managed. We are located in the heart of the City, EC3 and operate from Monday to Friday. No Weekends.
We are looking for a Waiter/Ress to join our very small and unique team. This is the first vacancy we have had in two years. You will be joining a hardworking and energetic team.
You will have good experience as a waiter/Ress and if you have bar skills this will be a bonus. It does not matter if you don't as you will be trained in the bar as well.
Lunch times we cater for all City clientele and if the evenings we are very event based operating many different styles of events such as Quiz Night, Race Nights, Themed Evenings and Sporting Dinners with many great names from the Sporting World.
You must possess an excellent command of English, a very out going and warm personality, be able to work under pressure and within a team environment and above all to want to do your best for the business at all times.
We are open Monday to Friday only so the weekends are always yours.
We offer £10.00 per hour plus cash gratuities. You will get 28 days paid holiday per year which includes the bank holidays. We close during the Christmas period for 10 days. The role is a permanent position with between 40 and 45 hours per week.
The position is available for an immediate start.
