We are recruiting for Waiters or Waitresses/experienced Chef de Rangs to work with us at our Champagne Bar and Restaurant located withing the St Pancras International Station.

What we are looking for:
•Ideally 1 years' experience working in a similar role within a fine dining restaurant, preferably.
•To ensure the highest standard of service
•To maintain the highest standards of professionalism
•Good English preferable

•To ensure that you fully support the Managers in the restaurant
•To ensure a high level of service
•Excellent attention to detail in order to serve all customer needs
•To run a section and effectively supervise the junior members of the front of house team
•To ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
•To ensure an efficient and smooth food and drinks service
•To carry out all reasonable requests by management
