By night, we serve fine wines, wines on tap and by the glass, craft Beers and classic cocktails. Working closely together, our Kitchen and Food and Drink team provide a Slick and seamless service to our guests no matter the occasion.

What does the Waiter or Waitress ROLE look like?

5 Day working week, on average 40 hours, paid by hour.
You will be responsible for a section of the restaurant from set up to break down.
Having full knowledge of the drinks and food menu.
Working with all departments to ensure the best experience for our guest.
