A little about who you'll be working with:
Craig Gordon: Born in Scotland, he came to London to pursue a career in the performing arts. Initially working at Harrison's in Balham he fell in love with restaurants and decided to crack on in the industry. After stints at Bistro Union with Adam Byatt, The Shed and finally Charlotte's Group he is opening the restaurant as a partner and putting his wealth of knowledge to use with his own vision.
Freddie Fallon: A London born and raised boy who decided it was a good idea to try his hand at cooking but very quickly realised that he wanted to be out on the floor talking with guests rather than locked away. He decided to train as a bartender at Rocket Riverside in Putney that eventually lead on to him becoming General manager at Sushinho in Chelsea. He went on to working with Des Mcdonald opening restaurants in Edinburgh, York and Birmingham before working with Craig at Charlotte's Group. Freddie and Craig's ethos towards restaurants were so in line it was an obvious pairing to start this venture together.
Fredi Viaud: Fredi has worked in some of the most well known, established venues across Latin America, Europe and the UK. However he realised that it wasn’t the big names that captivated him… His thirst for knowledge and discovery meant that he found himself dwelling longest in the smaller more creative places that matched his passion for hospitality and most of all freedom to experiment and be creative. Working with Craig and Freddie at Charlotte's he decided their passion matched his own and he would make the move with them.
