The Pilgrm is a new 73-bedroom hotel that opened in Paddington’s Norfolk Square. At The Pilgrm, we are reinterpreting the traditional hotel and removing any perceived barriers between us and our guests. We are looking for a Waiter/Bar Staff to work with us in our new hotel. A great food and drink team member, is a lot like a great friend. There when you need them, always with a sympathetic ear, a great story and a even better coffee.
More than serving hot drinks, this role is a core position at The Pilgrm, and the individual will act as an advocate for the brand. The Pilgrm team are searching for an individual who is customer focused and of course possesses a true passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the highest level of service is provided to all guests when being dealt with by the Food and Drink team in both the coffee shop and lounge.
- Make and serve specialty coffee and tea.
- Have meaningful interactions with all guests, both in house and external.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness in all food and drink areas.
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Encourage the up selling of food items to accompany drinks.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Be fully aware of all the allergens contained in food.
