Jamie Oliver’s Barbecoa is currently looking for a talented Waiters to join the fantastic team in his Piccadilly restaurant.
It’s a 250 cover showcase for all-day action: fabulous breakfasts, decadent afternoon teas and our Barbecoa bar- a must-stop pit-stop before lunch, dinner or simply to enjoy a beautifully crafted cocktail.
We are looking for experienced Waiters who understands the meaning of genuine hospitality, who thrive in a dynamic and creative environment; and believe in an exceptional service.
About Barbecoa:
We’re all about bringing beautiful slow-cooked, dry-aged meat, amazing cocktails, great wine and probably the most outrageous desserts in London, to life.
Our roots are steeped in techniques of old, with a focus on rare-breed meat and dry ageing, using the best free-range and organic produce from incredible farmers – all cooked over fire and smoke. Jamie himself describes us as being “the sexiest steakhouse on the planet”.
As well as serving amazing food and drink, we also have some fantastic people, too. We invest a lot of time and effort in training, we offer opportunities to attend sourcing and wine-tasting trips in the UK and Europe. Plus, the next year is going to be a very exciting time at Barbecoa with the opening of new restaurants in London and internationally – and you could be a part of it!
Our ideal candidate has:
A solid experience working in a high-profile, high-volume restaurant in London area
Passion for delivering exceptional and personable guest experience
A nothing-is-ever-too-much-trouble attitude
An eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure
A keen interest in food and drink
The ability to work as a part of a great team
Terrific communication skills and fluency in English

What we look for in return:
Proven experience
Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
Ability to work under pressure
Good command of the English language, with the ability to communicate confidently
