Here is a great opportunity to develop your hospitality career with Royal Automobile Club. We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Junior Waiter, either a 1st or 2nd jobber to help provide the perfect environment for our members.
As a Junior Waiter based in the Brooklands Brasserie, a contemporary and busy restaurant, you will play an important part in achieving and surpassing our high standards. Brooklands is a popular destination for members within the Club house, providing breakfast, lunch and dinner. The environment is a perfect balance between formal and informal and the role will see you:
• Aiming for exemplary levels of service, hospitality and hygiene.
• Ensuring all food is served perfectly.
• Contributing to the wider Club team, including keeping on top of cleaning and maintenance issues.
The Person – To succeed, you should be extremely polite and presentable, good at managing your own time and productivity, and able to follow any instructions or requests from senior staff, as well as from our members and their guests. You may have some previous hospitality experience, but we are just as keen to hear from candidates who have no experience but are passionate about working in a fast paced restaurant environment.
