Waiters / Chef de Rangs will have to consistently deliver high levels of excellence to ensure complete satisfaction and has to serve the customer with exceptional service will have to get an understanding of:

The menu (A la Carte Menu, Tasting Menu, Set Menu, Event Menu)
The food allergies
The morning and afternoon mise-en-place
The wine list, cocktails menus

The Ideal Waiter / Chef de Rang:
We want to invest into an individual who is as passionate as us about hospitality.

Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant as a Runner or Waiter is preferred.
Great English language skills
To be passionate about great food and quality ingredients.
