A busy restaurant in the middle of Borough Market is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic waiter/waitress to join the team. Someone with 1 year of experience in London, great communication skills, big smile and able to work in a fast environment. You should be a team worker with a good knowledge of English and ready to learn our Levantine style. Well presented, friendly and able to work in long shifts.
• To provide a quick, efficient, friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
• To demonstrate a high standard of personal appearance, always wearing the full and correct uniform, also ensuring good personal hygiene
• To promote sales and build up a rapport with regular guests
• To monitor / improve and then maintain the standard of service given all team members.
