We have a strong floor team at our Stoke Newington neighbourhood spot, and we want to build one just as strong at our new Soho restaurant; for two years now, The Good Egg has been serving up delicious Israeli- and New York Deli-inspired brunch and small plates designed to get guests sharing.
The restaurant’s reputation as one of London's top eateries continues to have eager customers queuing up to two hours for brunch at the weekends, and an evening dinner service that’s often fully booked well in advance.
Fresh, colourful and sustainably produced ingredients and warm service are at the heart of what we do: we need amazing people to help us deliver our food and drink with passion, pride and a smile.

Job Specifics
Position: Waiter/bartender
Salary: Up to £9.50 p/h, 40-48 hours per week

Essential skills/experience:
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills;
• The ability to deal with challenges on the spot;
• The ability to work quickly and efficiently;
• The ability to keep a cool head during a busy service;
• The ability to work as part of a floor team alongside a kitchen team;
General Duties:
• Setting up the restaurant for shift (daytime/evening service)
• Breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner shifts
• Guiding and advising our customers to make great choices
• Working within a team to that ensure service is flawless and the restaurant is always sparkling
