We are experienced restaurateurs who specialise in developing creative and authentic Italian coffee shops offering casual eating cultures and introducing these to the high street, department stores and shopping centres. Our objective is to provide high quality products and service that represent good value for money and exceed our guests’ expectations.

The Ca’puccino Barista:
As our Company name indicates, a love for coffee is at the heart of what we do. We take our coffee very seriously, and so should you. Barista, which means ‘bartender’ in Italian, is the term used in English to indicate a professional maker of coffee based and other beverages. As a Ca’puccino barista, we expect you to master the techniques of making great tasting coffee, which includes the correct operation and maintenance of the coffee machine and grinder, milk frothing, free pouring and Latte Art.

The Ca'puccino Waiter:
As a waiter you are responsible for ensuring that every guest is given great service, every time they visit. This means treating each guest as an individual and offering them personalised service with attention to the smallest of details. It means being knowledgeable, helpful and able to anticipate your guests’ needs and fulfill them before they have to ask. It also means being able to offer friendly, informed product suggestions to guide your guests’ choices and improve their experience. And it means doing all of this consistently, each shift, with every guest.
