We are looking for a Waiter and Deli Assistant to join our team in Heathrow T5

As a Waiter, you are expected to run your own section and delivery to our guests the truly Carluccios' experience and able to earn cash tips.
As a Deli Assistant, you will be passionate about all thing Italian, helping our guests choose from our array of amazing deli products.

The role
- Inviting guests into our fantastic restaurant
- Managing a busy reservations diary
- Dealing with customer queries and reservation requests
- Ensuring we give all our guests the opportunity to dine with us by turning tables like a pro
- Communicating effectively with the management and floor team on shift
- Creating a great atmosphere for our guests whether at the table, in the queue or waiting at the bar
- Time Management
- Love working to targets and helping the business achieve its goals
Previous experience is advantageous but training will be given.
