We are looking to recruit full time waiters. You will be part of a dynamic team at this exciting modern all day East End brasserie from the people behind Bistrotheque at Ace Hotel London Shoreditch.
The Role and You.
We are keen to find people with commitment and drive, wanting to make this a career. You will be working with a group of people that are striving for success but also having some fun along the way. You must have a passion food and drink, people, the restaurant business or ideally all three.
We like proactive people, able to take the initiative, that speak great English, enjoy communicating with people and are interested in learning about the menu, drinks, customers and story behind Hoi Polloi as well as the restaurant business in general. You must also have great attention to detail, be able to prioritise and be totally unflappable.
You will use all these skills and qualities in order to provide an informed and professional service to our fast-paced dining room. We offer optional paid training courses as well as a structured progression through the ranks. We offer incentives and generally subscribe to the principle of rewarding those that help us achieve success. Your Rota will be 5 days on, 2 consecutive days off.
Restaurant experience is preferable but we equally like quick learners who want to be part of our team. A knowledge of the East End and wider London restaurant and bar scene is really useful.
We are open from 07:00-01:00 so have a wide range of shifts on offer.
