‘O ver  - Italian Restaurant - LONDON BRIDGE.
We are the first restaurant in UK to use the unique ingredient of Pure Sea Water.
The restaurant counts 40 seats + 20 downstairs in our amazing cocktail bar and 20 outside in the terrace.
We are open Monday to Saturday and welcome around 1000 guests weekly.
Our clientele varies from regular local residents to business men to tourists.
The service style is casual chic and friendly but very professional, attentive and efficient.

The ideal waiter / waitress for ‘O ver must:

• Have previous experience in a similar role and within a busy, high standard restaurant for at least 3 years.
• Be Passionate about delivering excellent guest experience with a  smile;
• Have Passion for food, wine and cocktails.
• Have Impeccable appearance and interpersonal skills with an excellent command of English (Italian or Spanish as second language would be an advantage)
• Ensure the highest standards are maintained.
• Be an excellent team player
• Be flexible
• Be able to work under pressure
• Provide Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

- All applicants must be flexible and available to work days, evenings and double shifts.
- We will only consider candidates with previous restaurant experience of 3 years.
- Always min 2 days off :  sundays ( closing day )  + monday/tuesday/wednesday.
