About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a F and B Attendant to join the team here at Jumeirah Lowndes Hotel.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
*To oversee the service of food and beverage in the outlets ensuring compliance with all operational procedures and ensuring that guests expectations are met.
*To provide a courteous and professional service at all times and to ensure regular guests and patrons are recognized at all times using their names.
*To welcome guests to the restaurant and to escort them to their tables or the bar.
*To take food and beverage orders and enter details into the restaurant point of sale system.
*To service food and beverage in the terrace according to established performance standards.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following skills and experience:
*Previous experience in a similar role
*Excellent level of English
*Be friendly, approachable and professional
*A passion for customer service
