*Voluntary Position - Managing People*
Hi
Were a social enterprise based in Queens Park/South Kilburn and we pride ourselves in being a volunteer led organisation.
We have volunteers join us on a daily basis in the areas of Web Development, Marketing, Social Media; and Business Administration.
With 15-20 volunteers joining us each week, were looking for an individual to help the supervisor overlook their work!
Your role will include:
- Checking that work is completed to a high standard
- Supporting students where they find difficulty
- Explaining the concept of a task
- When you're ready, support the supervisor in setting new tasks
experience: Some experience managing people but not essential, mainly a positive attitude!
Great opportunity to practice managing people.
