Volunteers Needed in London

We’re starting a new project with a local radio
station
We run weekly art, drama and music groups
We’ve supported a man to release his music and
perform it live
We’re looking for local people with the right attitude
personality and commitment to make real things
happen for adults with learning disabilities and
mental health conditions. You could help run
creative workshops or work with people individually
on a sessional or part-time basis and receive
training, support and supervision.
A satisfactory DBS check, references, medical and evidence of your right to abode in the UK will be required before you can commence volunteering with Advance. The costs of the DBS and medical (if required) will be covered by Advance.
Advance is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people we support. You will be required to provide evidence of right to work. An enhanced DBS disclosure will be required for this role, the cost of which will be covered by Advance.
