Actingworks a non-profit community group dedicated to offering activities for children and their families, working nearly for 7 years in Westminster is looking for volunteers who want to gain experience in education or simply help the community. We run an after school activities programme for children KS1 up from all backgrounds, all abilities and including special needs. It is wonderful fun and the children learn interpersonal skills.
Job Description
As a non-profit, we constantly try to do fundraising activities to help raise money to keep the project running. We will start working in a jewellery website where we will sell jewellery made by us and sometimes by the children; the profits from the sales are to be used to help with the expenses of our organisation.
We are looking for a dedicated Web developer that would like to come to our office and help our coordinator to edit and develop the website.
We will be using Presta Shop to build the online store, so is essential that you know how to work with it.
It is essential that you have experience on using PhotoShop to edit images making small retouches.
We will be more than happy to serve as a point of reference for your future jobs applications and you can be free to use our website as a portfolio of your work after all is complete.
Special requirements:
• This is a Volunteer job position (UNPAID).
• THIS ROLE IS BASED IN W9 – Westminster. Please consider our location before applying for the position.

• You will be required to come to the office only once a week to work on the website.
