We are looking for volunteers to join our busy and dynamic Oxfam store in Enfield as an Online Shop Assistant.
You will support our online shop by selecting, preparing, photographing and listing selected clothing items from our donated stock.
We have a fun, welcoming and diverse team of volunteers but need you to continue our good work.
We are flexible with shifts from mornings to afternoons, weekdays to weekends but kindly ask for a minimum of 4 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintaining and updating an online inventory of items for sale on the Oxfam Online Shop platform Preparing and photographing selected items
Uploading photographs and writing item descriptions
Researching and pricing items
Locating, packaging and dispatching received orders
Responding to customer enquiries
What are We are looking for?
Reliable and enthusiastic
Willingness to learn
Once trained, ability to work on own initiative
Familiar with computers
Attention to detail
You do not need previous experience as we will provide all the training and support you need.
