Oxjam is Oxfam’s month-long music festival. It runs in October with hundreds of events around the UK, organised by people who know and love their local music scene.

We are currently recruiting a Volunteer Coordinator
The role: the VC coordinates volunteers for fundraising and on the main event’s night
In detail: as VC you will develop and maintain links with local community groups and other organisations and businesses in order to recruit volunteers • Utilise local network to promote Oxjam CP volunteering opportunity • Organise recruitment events and promote Oxjam CP’s volunteering programme via social media • Match volunteers with suitable volunteering opportunities within Oxjam Crystal Palace • Coordinate, develop and deliver appropriate training for volunteers • Monitor and review volunteer placements to ensure volunteers receive sufficient support and achieve their goals
• Develop good procedures in volunteer management.
The small lines: the coordinator roles are part-time, voluntary positions
10 - 15 hours per week until September + 25 hours a week a month before main event with an immediate start and end in October 2022
