Help a disabled person to get more out of life. Activities could include just having a chat, helping with computers, going out for coffee, assisting to attend museums or seminars, shopping or anything else of interest to the person you are supporting.

This doesn’t include personal care, advocacy, mentoring or any service covered by a person’s care package.
Choice in Hackney is a small charity, looking for open-minded, compassionate volunteers to give some time to help reduce social isolation. We are looking for a flexible commitment of 2 to 4 hours at least 3 times a month for at least 6 months. There will be a full days training before you start.
